What is holding your character down?  Write about a negative aspect of self that is keeping the character from acting as s/he wants to be?  What would the character’s congruent self look like?  If a character was able to integrate both positive and negative aspects of self, what type of choices would s/he make?  What risks is your character not taking now, that s/he would take if s/he was self-actualized?
